Useful questions
Frequently asked questions
What is COKLIO for?
COKLIO lets you prepare interactive polls, Déclic scenarios and customisable escape games for family or professional use.
Do you need to install an app?
The activities work in a compatible web browser. Test the connection and devices before an important event.
How do you invite participants?
Depending on the activity, the organiser shares a code, a link or a QR code, then guides the players during the session.
What are the differences between the three formats?
Vote Studio collects and presents responses, Déclic explores the consequences of fictional decisions, and Escape Games links puzzles into an adventure.
Can you adapt the templates?
COKLIO provides templates that the organiser can customise for the audience, objective and available time, within the limits of the active service.
How many participants can you invite?
Capacity depends on the session and template. Check the information for each activity; no unlimited participant capacity is guaranteed.
Do you need an account for the family games?
Yes. An adult account is required to create and customise the free Celebrations & Family games. Participants can join a session by code or QR without creating an account.
Do the professional games count as certification?
No. Professional scenarios remain fictional or anonymised and do not constitute official advice, certification or formal authorisation.
How can you protect children’s data?
The adult organises the activity and limits the information requested. Do not use full names, addresses, identifiable photographs or sensitive data in the games.
Are the visuals created with AI?
Some illustrations and promotional videos are created or edited with AI assistance and are then labelled “AI creation”. They are not real demonstrations of the product.
Is the COKLIO assistant an AI?
When an AI conversational assistant is enabled, COKLIO identifies it as such and provides for human assistance with sensitive questions.
How do you obtain professional access?
Explore Pro presentations freely, without an account or prior request. To prepare or run an activity, sign in to your verified account and activate your personal Pro code. Contact COKLIO if you do not have a code.
How can you contact a person?
Use the contact form for commercial, support, privacy or access requests. Do not send sensitive information through the games.
