Essential sign-in
The coklio_auth cookie keeps the organiser signed in. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure when HTTPS is enabled, and expires after no more than 14 days. Strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent.
Joining and reconnecting
Your browser may store a participant token, display name and temporary drafts so you can rejoin a session. Avoid shared devices and clear local data after use.
Advertising and analytics
No advertising tracker or optional analytics service is active at present. Before any activation, clear prior information and freely given consent would be required. Rejecting must be as easy as accepting, with a way to withdraw consent.
Chosen language
Your language choice is stored in coklio_language_v1 until you change it or clear browser storage. It is used only to remember that preference.
Temporary data
Creation drafts and some reconnection data use sessionStorage and remain in the tab during its session. Participation tokens coklio_play_… use localStorage, with no guaranteed automatic browser erasure; clear site data on shared devices. Server retention is described in the privacy notice.
Documents and cookie choices
A projected document stays in this screen’s memory and is released when cleared or when you leave the tool. Advertising and optional analytics are not active: no banner asks you to accept trackers that are absent. Future activation would require appropriate prior information and choice.
