Service and account
COKLIO lets you create, customise and run digital activities. Family is free with an adult organiser account and a verified email address. Participants join by code or QR without their own account. Detailed Pro sheets require a verified account; using Pro activities also requires an active personal code.
Personal access and security
Keep your credentials and Pro code private. Do not share an account or professional code or bypass access controls. Report suspected unauthorised use to contact@coklio.com. Participation codes are intended only for the invited group.
Children and supervision
An adult prepares, checks and supervises Family activities. Match the duration, location and difficulty to the group and plan an alternative if the network is unavailable. Use display names; do not enter children’s full names, photographs, school records or sensitive information.
Your creations and templates
You keep the rights to your creations and obtain the permissions needed for any content you use. COKLIO templates may be copied and adapted in your private workspace for authorised activities. Access does not permit template resale, disclosure of private solutions or unauthorised use of third-party content. COKLIO does not take ownership of your creations or use them to promote you without separate agreement.
Respectful use
Unlawful, discriminatory, violent or infringing content, unauthorised access and disruption are prohibited. Professional examples are fictional and are not certification, regulatory assessment or legal advice. Report abuse to contact@coklio.com without sending sensitive information.
Availability and responsibility
COKLIO takes reasonable security and continuity measures, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or a particular educational outcome. Organisers check their instructions, locations and exports. Restrictions for abuse or risk must remain proportionate, with notice where possible. Mandatory rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Data, documents and erasure
The privacy notice explains retention and erasure rights. Projected documents remain in the browser and are not sent to the server or participants. PDF and images provide a visual preview; DOCX and PPTX display text and headings without Office layout. Organisers remain responsible for downloaded exports.
Commercial terms and applicable version
No purchases, payments or subscriptions are offered on this website. The sales terms cover any separate professional services agreed in writing. Browsing does not constitute an order. Existing commitments remain governed by the accepted version unless a change is agreed or required by law. Belgian law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact: contact@coklio.com.
