Terms of sale

Scope

COKLIO — Belgian enterprise number BCE/KBO 0537.224.305. Business address: Rue Docteur Séverin 24, 5060 Sambreville, Belgium. Email: contact@coklio.com. Family remains free and is governed by the terms of use. These sales terms apply only to professional services expressly agreed in writing; visiting or creating an account does not create an order or payment obligation.

Agreement and acceptance

Scope, deliverables, access, duration, duties and any financial conditions are specified separately in writing before commitment. A paid service requires demonstrable express acceptance of its conditions. Silence or browsing does not amount to acceptance.

Codes and provision

Professional access is personal. Its scope, duration and delivery follow the applicable agreement. Holders protect their credentials, do not resell or share their code and respect participant rights. Providing a code does not transfer ownership of software or templates.

Price, payment and tax

Public prices, payments and automatic subscriptions are not active. For any separately agreed paid service, price, applicable tax, deadlines and invoicing conditions must be disclosed and accepted before commitment. These terms alone do not authorise any surcharge.

Cancellation, withdrawal and performance

Cancellation or rescheduling is agreed before the service without reducing mandatory rights. Any applicable statutory consumer withdrawal right remains protected; digital access alone does not waive it. Early performance and any legally required consent must be separate and express. No blanket no-refund rule is imposed here.

Content and confidentiality

Each party keeps its existing rights. Permission to adapt templates for activities does not allow resale or public disclosure of private solutions. Users retain their own creations. Both parties protect confidential information received for the service. The privacy notice and, where needed, a processing agreement specify data responsibilities.

Liability and interruption

COKLIO acts with reasonable care. Interruptions, force majeure and performance difficulties are handled under the agreement and applicable law. Statutory guarantees, mandatory remedies and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain intact. Educational tools do not certify regulatory compliance.

Complaints, law and evidence

Contact contact@coklio.com to seek an amicable solution. Evidence of agreement remains open to challenge under applicable law; arbitrary deadlines do not remove consumer remedies. Belgian law applies without taking away mandatory consumer protections. Statutory jurisdiction rules remain applicable. The expressly accepted version governs the relevant commitment.
